Kale Chips
Makes 4 batches
Ingredients:
2 bunches of Kale, rinsed, dried and de-stemmed
1-2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
1/3 Cup of Brewer’s Yeast
Salt Substitute to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Optional: Pinch of Red Chili Flak for spice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Tear Kale into 2 inch pieces and place in a large bowl
2. Drizzle oil and toss to lightly coat leaves. Sprinkle ingredients and toss until evenly coated.
3. Line kale on 2 sheet trays taking care not to overlapp
4. Bake for 13-15 minutes, keeping a close eye near the end as they go from soggy to burnt quickly
