Chili Chicken Thighs
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 lbs. boneless chicken thighs
1 Tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Pepper and salt substitute to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place chicken thighs on a sheet pan.
Drizzle with olive oil onto chicken thighs and turn to coat.
Mix chili, salt substitute, and
pepper together and rub the mixture
on chicken thighs.
Roast chicken thighs until
cooked through, about
15 minutes.
Sprinkle chicken thighs with cilantro and serve.
