Jamaican Jerk Salmon 

Servings: 4


1  pound of Salmon Fillets, 4 t0 6 oz portions

1 teaspoon Allspice

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Ginger

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 teaspoon Paprika

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

1/4 teaspoon Thyme

1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Juice of 1.5 limes

Directions:  Salmon

  1. In bowl mix together all spices and oil.
  2. Put salmon in zipped top bag and pour marinade over salmon. Seal bag and make sure the salmon is evenly coated in the marinade and allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Place salmon skin side down and bake or grill until fish reaches desired degree of done. Usually 8‐10 minutes per side.
