This bread is not only gluten-free it’s grain free! It has a great nutty flavor and is a great accompaniment with chili, soup, sauces, or just because!
Almond Meal Bread
¾ Cup Almond meal
4 Tbsp Flax meal
1 ½ tsp Arrowroot powder (optional)
2 Tbsp Herb mix (equal amounts of garlic, onion powder, no salt substitute, Italian herb mix)
2 tsp Onion powder
3 Eggs, beaten
10 Drops Stevia
1 ½ Tbsp Olive oil
1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Mix all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
3. Then blend dry and wet together and mix well.
Bake in greased flowered small bread pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
