You’ll never miss your grains again with cauliflower rice! For a twist, try adding big flavor ingredients like chopped fresh herbs, coconut flakes, or roasted red peppers.
1 large head Cauliflower
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt Substitute, optional
1. Wash and cut up cauliflower into medium pieces. Discard leaves and most of stem.
2. Shred cauliflower in food processor until processed to rice-sized pieces.
3. Saute in coconut oil on medium heat, 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Let cauliflower sit, to slightly brown, then stir into cauliflower rice.
