A little goes a long way for this refreshing and unique deli favorite. Use as a concentrate and dilute with mineral water for a healthy alternative to sugary sodas.
1 cup Water
1 heaping tablespoon Stevia
2 tablespoons Celery Seed, crushed
1. Bring water and stevia to a simmer until stevia is dissolved.
2. Add celery seed and remove from heat. Cover and allow to steep for 1 hour. Strain and discard celery seed. Store in refrigerator.
To use: Add about 2 tablespoons of celery concentrate to 16 ounces of mineral water, or adjust to taste.
