While we cannot live forever, we can at any time dramatically alter our life experience by improving our Rising Health Potential. Typically, the average person’s health and quality of life diminishes with time. Thankfully, our bodies are extremely resilient and we can jump tracks at any time. Of course, those who start a healthy life-style, including eating anti-inflammatory foods at a younger age, experience higher and more pronounced positive outcomes.
