Order Confirmation
If you do not receive an email confirmation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with The Longevity Summit® Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. The Longevity Summit will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. Cancelled and Postponed Events
In the event of a cancelled or postponed event, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. If an event is cancelled, we will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket. If the event is moved or rescheduled, we will give you the alternate dates so you can attend. If you can not attend, then a refund will be issued.

This ticket entitles you to attend the Longevity Summit 2018. Tickets are only valid for the event date listed at the time of purchase and may not be exchanged or redeemed for any other dates/conferences.
