Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Next time game day rolls around, serve your hungry fans this zesty and creamy dip that is loaded with fiery goodness.

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 pounds Chicken Breast

1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic, minced

1 1/2 teaspoons Mustard

1 Egg Yolk

1 cup Olive Oil

3/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

2 tablespoons Almond or Cashew Meal

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover chicken with water and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 6-8 minutes until white.

2. Mix lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and egg yolk in food processor. Slowly add oil until mayonnaise is made.

3. Add hot sauce and cooled chicken breasts.

4. Place in small baking dish and top with almond or cashew meal. Bake for 20 minutes.

*Option: Serve warm with sliced jicama, cucumbers, and celery.
