Get your morning power boost from this spicy veggie juice. Spinach or micro sprouts are a great option for adding a healthy dose of greens to keep you going all day long.

Veggies 5

Ingredients: 

1 Tomato

Spinach

Parsley

Lime Juice

Cucumber

Cilantro

Ginger

Celery

Jalapeño

A few dashes of hot sauce

Directions:

The idea here is to start with a tomato base and blend a number of veggies you have on hand with some lime and a bit of hot sauce for a kick. Aim to include at least 5 different ingredients.  Have fun with this!

Health Tip: Most vegetables are low in sugar and high in fiber, helping with digestion and weight loss.
